Close to the airport (10min walk) Staff was really sweet and kind. They organized an almost new scooter for us. Breakfast (french toast and tea) was included, what we didn’t know, but appreciated a lot. Towels and sheets were clean, AC was working properly.

The bathroom really needs to be taken more care off: The toilet seat was loose and the smell in the bathroom was horrible! Especially at night it started to smell like urine and dirt. The water at the sink did not work, we always had to use the shower for brushing teeth or washing hands. It is far from the port and city centre (30min walk), but you can easily rent a Grab Bike for 11.000 Rupiah.

Some spiders and mosquitoes in the room. the bed and pillow could have been more comfortable

Very close to Komodo Airport. Very comfortable room and bed. Good size with great aircon. There is a safety locker in the room. Nice balcony and view. Fairly clean room.

Quite far from Labuan Bajo centre. Cold showers and the bathroom was a little unclean. No toilet seat.

Very nice and cozy place, kind and helpful owners. But the travellers should note that there is no hot water in the shower
