"it was off our usual route, but if we ever travel that way, we would definitely return to the same place."

very helpful staff. we were running late and despite official info saying that check in should be completed by 21:00, a very pleasant member of staff was waiting for us until midnight (we informed them in advance that we would be that late) there is a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

everything was very good.
