Towels should be provided Heater in washroom is just 2 ltrs. And for four people one washroom so if you want to start trip early it takes time to fresh-up for 4 members as there is one washroom and heater is just 2 ltr.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at a property in Coorg that was booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, my experience at the property was highly distressing and unacceptable, due to the following issues: 1. Rude Behavior of the Property Owner: The owner of the property exhibited consistently rude and disrespectful behavior towards me and my companions throughout our stay. His discourteous attitude created an uncomfortable environment and significantly impacted our overall experience. 2. Intimidating and Disturbing Incident: On 1st July 2023,, the property owner, after consuming alcohol, entered our room late at night, uninvited. He proceeded to disturb us by sitting in the room for an hour and making threats, claiming that his brother, who is allegedly in the police, could harm us if we did not comply with his demands. Moreover, he made shocking and disturbing statements, including the claim that he had killed two people. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left us feeling deeply threatened and unsafe. 3. Unjustified Extra Charge: To our surprise, the property owner charged us an additional amount of 591 INR for one night. We had only one additional person staying with us for that particular night, and we were not informed about any additional charges beforehand. 4. Threats of Personal Harm: The property owner repeatedly threatened us, stating that he had the ability to locate and reach our homes if we did not comply with his demands. These threats not only added to our distress but also instilled a sense of fear and vulnerability within us. 5. Unnecessary Interference: Throughout our stay, the property owner consistently interfered with our activities, unnecessarily invading our privacy and restricting our freedom to enjoy our vacation. This constant interference significantly marred our overall experience and left us feeling uncomfortable and unsettled. 6.

I with my family reached this homestay around 12.30 pm on 15th May and the owner informed us to have the lunch and come back, as the room which had decided for us based on the booking was under repair of its bathroom beyond our checking time. I didn’t like this approach at that time, but anyway went to have lunch and then we proceeded to the tourist places and came back by 8 pm. After then , we went for dinner and came back by 10pm. At that time the owner was standing in front of the house with his huge dogs , 1 Rottweiler and the other breed I am not familiar. The Rottweiler silently came towards us , my son 13 years of age was with me at that time, and we got terrified and informed the owner that we are afraid of the dogs. Without our permission he should never ever set out the ferocious dog like this . Next day morning, we started from there by 6 Am and when we called up the owner for the last payment settlement , as soon as he opened the door, the other dog came running towards us so ferocious and myself and my son got afraid and we ran back to enter the room and I fell down, my leg got minor injury and my head got hit on the wall of the kitchen half place. Now my head has bulging and pain is also there. This owner is very rude what I understand from this deed. The pictures shown in their site are fake, because the room we got is really very old one (converted his house’s old kitchen to Bedroom) the bath room was very untidy and felt uncomfortable to use it. The beds were very old and used by them and left out ones. There was no handle on the door from outside of the bathroom . The bucket and the cup was so nasty , the tiles were immense back old. They didn’t give the wifi access , no proper facilities also even after the payment of more than 3000/-. It is just worth for RS 500/- per day and will be ok for gents to hault. I will never ever recommend this property . Also as a suggestion, I would say somebody from the Booking.

The Host is a good person and the property is in peaceful place.
