The whole place is beautiful

Everything was dirty and old, lights not working properly. Added to that, I had to wash the toilet myself since it was too dirty to use

El Lugar dentro es super fresco, limpio, silencioso y nos encantó que tuviera cocina

Las camas son cómodas.

El baño no estaba muy limpio.

Que las sábanas y ponchos no estaban del todo limpias, creo que las reutilizaban

A great quiet hostel for a family

Personal es pésimo. Estábamos esperando desde las 3 pm para poder entrar y no nos enviaban los códigos primero exigiendo una foto de pasaporte, luego nos quisieron cobrar mucho más del precio con el que reservamos, incluso exigiendo pagar “ahora mismo”. Nosotros estábamos en la puerta diciendo que ahora mismo podemos cancelar con la tarjeta al entrar. Pero no. Tampoco contestaban al teléfono. Al final dijimos que pagaríamos en efectivo (más del precio inicial) y más tarde nos hicieron entrar, al pasar casi 2 horas. No tiene ningún sentido. Si quieren estar más tranquilos y seguros, les recomendamos elegir otro alojamiento.

Llegamos al hospedaje y nos habían cancelado la reserva. Les envié mensaje para solucionar el inconveniente y no respondió nadie. No recibí ninguna ayuda de ellos y nos dejaron tirado.

we were overcharged nearly double the agreed price. We attempted to contact the two phone numbers provided multiple times but were initially ignored. When we finally received a response, we were told that a refund had been issued, however, this was not the case, the amount mentioned was less than what is actually owed to us. This still remains unresolved. Secondly, the bedroom door keypad did not function, meaning we were unable to lock our room for the entire duration of our four night stay. We raised this issue and also requested a physical key, but received no response. This was a security concern. We also experienced ongoing issues with the main entrance door, which required entering the code 10 to 15 times before it would unlock. This was extremely frustrating, inconvenient and also unsafe. The bathroom bins were not emptied at any stage of our stay (which could’ve easily been done considering any man and their cousin could get into our room since it couldn’t lock!) The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic items such as oven trays and cooking oil. Terrible showers, also had a power cut for 5+ hours.
