Comfortable beds, nice size clean room. Garden view. Functional large kitchen and dining room.Good price.

No personel; feels like a ghost hotel; drivers had a difficult time finding it; not well advertised ;very low key ,small plastic letter sheet. #24 identifies the neighbor's door which is mostly closed. Stuck in covid mode? Very noisy at night!

We didn't get breakfast. The garden was very pretty, the staff was friendly, the building was clean and private

It was hard to find the location because the address sign was not visible enough. It was kind of far from downtown

Beautiful interior, plants, courtyard, turtles, kitchen, spacious, comfy beds, private bathroom, and free filtered water. Owners were not present but were helpful via WhatsApp. Codes instead of keys

Nice house, nice kitchen, nice garden and birds singing in the morning. Safe place.

Located by a busy road, noisy from 6:00 in the morning. No shell, no chair and no hanger. Small room. Broken tiles in the bathroom, to be carefully not to trip on it. No staff on site

The location was ok, albeit quite far from the center. The kitchen are was well-equipped.

The space looks nothing like what is represented in the pictures. Our room was so small we barely had room to move around, the most basic of amenities were missing (fan, soap, storage space, places to hang things) and the bed was very uncomfortable. The check-in process was confusing - we'd been sent a number of different codes, and it took us around half an hour to figure out which ones were correct and for what do - and the entrance was very poorly marked. We saw no staff during our stay and no one picked up when we tried to call. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

My very special vintage mexican hat with mexican braided belt and macaw feathers was stolen here. The woman said i could check the cameras and then she ignored my calls. When I was able to get a hold of her she said that I needed to wait a day so that they request the footage. And it has been 3 days and she has not reached out. Furthermore, i am getting no answer when I call yesterday and today. This has never happened in any other hotel.

Beware. This is not a hotel! There is no reception, no hotel sign outside in the street, there is nobody inside, and no doorbell (there actually is a doorbell, but it doesn't work). For the same reason, there is no way you can get any tourist information or guidance, and you cannot leave baggage kept for a while since there is no staff. Since there is no reception, you must be extremely careful about the information you get regarding passwords to get into the building and into your room. We were expecting a hotel, and thus a reception. Since there was none, we had not taken a note of such passwords, etc., thus we couldn't get in. Fortunately it was daytime, otherwise we would have had to search for another (real) hotel, despite having paid for this place in advance. We were fortunate to connect to the wifi of (ironically) a hotel nearby, where we tried contacting our "hotel" via Whatsapp, but there was no reply (they weren't even "online"). In the end, we were able to retrieve the information about passwords and finally get in, after a lot of time and stress. The room was very dark. No toiletries, except for liquid soap in the shower. The shower drainage was terribly slow, thus the second person taking a shower had to deal with a pool 3 cm deep of used soapy water. The toilet sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't. The bathroom needs plumbing work. It smells of sewage and you must keep the door closed at all times. Since there isn't a soul at the "hotel," there is no way you can get another room.

It was raining very hard last night and the roof leaked water. I contacted the owner thru whatsapp, messages thru email and no respond. Water was coming from the roof and front door. I had to place 3 towels on the floor to soak up the water. I also messaged booking.com, 24 hrs to get an answer is pretty bad in this instance. No receptionist. No support, once you book and pay, you are on your own. It's cheap, but not worth it.
