"Superb beach location"

Good size, lovely light and bright accomodation in superb location with very convenient walkable amenities and very helpful and obliging owners. Exceptional shower room which was outside of the bedroom. Would have appreciated some shelving / drawer space to unpack a little.

"Best Place to Stay in Waihi Beach"

The Back Garden is perfectly located close to Waihi Beach. Easy walk to the beach and shops. The room is very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Off street parking. Great communication with the hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Our only (very minor) disappointment was that besides a microwave, there was nothing else to cook with. A hot plate or electric fry pan would have been a great addition, especially if staying longer than a few days. But other than this, absolutely brilliant place.

Nice private stay with all we needed including off street parking. Excellent communication with Rex. Only a few minutes walk from beach and Surf Club. Great shower and outdoor area, comfortable bed.

"Back garden retreat"

Informative, timely, and welcoming texts prior to my arrival. Very clean and well ventilated studio to arrive at. The shaded and private garden is a nice reprieve from hot weather. Excellent location to beach and amenities. The host family is very friendly. This is a gem accommodation to kick back and enjoy a Waihi Beach stay.

I liked it all.
