I enjoyed the stay a lot. Lisette was such a friendly and perfect host. The location is perfect for visiting the area. It is calm and a very safe area. The room was really beautiful and everything was very clean. I could use the kitchen whenever possible and enjoyed my stay a lot.

Lissette was a charming lady who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

We had the smaller room with separate bathroom which was a little expensive if you only stay one night due to the cleaning charge- but the cost would be reasonable for longer stays.

We loved the way Lisette treated us and the other guests. We got coffee and additional food all day long. The place ist neat and clean. Location is quiet and secure.

Great location. Lisette was an amazing host. She is also a longtime Los Angeles local who can give you valuable tips and recommendations you won't find on the internet. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Lisette provided coffee and snacks free of charge. Our highlight was Whiskey, Lisette's dog.

Really nothing. Just be aware that the entrance and kitchen are shared with the host and other guests and that there are 2 dogs on site (they don't bite). If you like to experience an amazing homestay and love animals, this place is great. But if you expect to get your own self-contained apartment or don't like dogs, look somewhere else.

The owner was very friendly and willing to assist.

Our room and bathroom were separate. The other room had a bedroom on suite.

In summary, we really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The house and the backyard are very beautiful. Lisette, the owner is sooo friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to come back again! ☀️☺️

Price was great for this location! Easy access to Malibu, Santa Monica and Topanga. All areas furnished with high end products and appliances. Our room was quite large with a big screen TV, separate sitting area, walk in closet. We had a gorgeous large bathroom with an open shower design. Lisette is a gracious hostess, providing food, drinks, snacks and fresh fruit everyday. She provided suggestions for the area activities, even inviting us to play pickleball!

Definitely not a complaint…just more description - this is a one story 3 bedroom house where the owner lives. The bedrooms are off the entry and living room/kitchen, which may not be everyone’s ideal situation, if you’re not into sharing space. But it worked out fine for us!
