Olive Grove Pip

We loved our stay at Olive Grove Pip. Dee was a fantastic host: welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cottage is private, comfortably furnished and very cosy. It is very well equipped with everything (and quite a few extras) that you could need for self-catering. We enjoyed a couple of lazy afternoons lounging in the tranquil olive and lemon tree garden. This is now our favourite spot in Prince Albert. Thanks to Dee and her staff for a very restful and comfortable weekend. We hope to be back again soon.

The pool and the limited impact of loadshedding, we could boil the kettle and run the microwave.

A really charming spot for a weekend getaway. Welcoming, attentive hosts; a large, shady, well tended garden; a delightful, well maintained swimming pool; clean, comfortable, well equipped cottages; centrally located, yet quiet and tranquil, and an easy walk to the town's commercial hub.

Lovely private cottage with many small touches that made our stay special. We loved the outdoor living area and access to the pool.Dee was an outstanding host and we appreciated the trouble she went to to make us feel comfortable.

Central location- within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful, peaceful and exceptionally well equipped- even a flask for day trips. Attention to detail everywhere! We especially appreciated the privacy of the unit. Lovely “outdoor” kitchen for self catering. Provision made for load shedding. Dee is a excellent host- good communication from booking to load shedding shedules and info on restaurants. Thank you Dee and Daniel for a most enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was not included but breakfast at Swartberg Hotel was excellent.

The setting is beautiful. Tucked away private bliss and Dee is a delightful, gracious host.
