Excellent location, walking distance to all you need - beach, pier, shops, restaurants 😀 Rooms we're lovely 😍 fully equipped with all you need. Views of the sea from family room and garden view from second room we had. Breakfast basics we're an excellent added touch. We we're very welcomed and will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Nothing we didn't like. It was a well needed break. Southcote has a very relaxed vibe to it.

Perfect place to stay for an event on the beach, own key to access once we arrived. Very comfortable room, good shower & toast & cereal which we were not expecting. Bonus - free parking

"They Had the Best Time"

Booked as a surprise for newly weds, they reported "The view was really good, a very good amount of space." I requested a bottle of prosecco to be provided and they happily did this at cost as well.

Would normally prefer own kitchen area, but not a problem because we knew about this before arrival.

Close to seafront and centre , walking distance , Clean and tidy . Host was very friendly and helpful .

Parking access was a bit restricted .
