Comfortable bed, so much thought into every detail, close to the city. Perfect stay

There is nothing I didn't like.

The room was comfortable / clean/ comfortable bed and good shower. Our host was very helpful and answered all our questions. As the property is not named - a photo of the accommodation would have been helpful.

Could have had hooks for wet coats etc. somewhere to wash tramping boots etc

Location superb, quiet and comfy and fabulous staff

Would be nice to be able to use the kitchen downstairs to make a cup of tea.

Security, cleanliness owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay.

Rooom was small.

Alicia was incredible and answered all our questions, going out of her way to find information for us when we had a difficult question. The room was comfortable and clean.

There is no aircon but opened the windows to help cool down.

Clean and good location.

We got the basement budget room, which was a very odd layout. Had to go through a storage area and there was barely room for the two twin beds. Had to ask for towels as only given a single bath towel for two people. There were no supplies for making tea or coffee. There was not even a single glass for water. The entry has you entering from the traffic lanes of a busy street. The keys seem to be generic skeleton keys, which did not provide a sense of safety. Perhaps the other rooms were nice, but this one was a disappointment (and still rather costly).

Location was perfect. 10 minute walk into town. Anastasia was helpful with getting luggage up the stairs as well as making dinner reservations and recommendations for itinerary of area. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. No a/c needed as it was cool at night.

No breakfast as we expected but coffee maker/kettle in room would be a nice touch since you need to leave chalet for breakfast. One breakfast offered in town at a hotel was nice; would have been better to have breakfast daily at same hotel. On major road which however is better than in town. Still some road noise at night. Extra toilet paper in room would have been better than having to impose on Anastasia. Luckily I did find a roll outside the room under some linens.
