May I suggest to organise tea, coffee 24/7 in the kitchen?

It’s the better choice to book this intimate beach house rather than a hotel if you’re staying in Penang. It was lovely with direct access to the beach and a nice seating area outside to watch the sunset and sunrise, everything was perfect.

Good hospitality and great environment

1) I like the location as opposite the seaside. 2) the owners are kind and very responsive. 3) legit deal, kept to their words on deposit refunds. 4) water pressure was good at the bathroom. 5) convenient to get food. Restaurants near by.

1) the seaside is always busy as its private place, you many see people always camping , celebrating and drinking in front of the house and leaving the rubbish behind. Its not the owners issue but just sharing. 2) the house it self could be maintained better, the cleanliness was only just fair, bathroom has mold and most of the item was rusted, glass door at the deck area was not able to open properly. 3) for the price In my opinion its too expensive for the house. It might be suitable for room stay but not for the entire house. I have also informed the owner, hope the owner is able to clean and keep the property clean.
