Smell rose beach garden

The place is located right behind the beach. You will able to hear the waves sound throughout the day. The beach is not very crowded too.

It’s just little far away from the main beach (Batu Ferringhi)

Mildew smell in the room

I really like the location, if you book the room downstairs you will have this stunning view because in front of the property is beachview.

Nothing! All is good except that this is a house with rooms that people only pay for the rooms heheh but its alright to me as long as the bathroom is private.

Close proximity to the beach, clean, very accessible.

I got stung by a box jellyfish at the beach next to the property. The only recommendation I would have is to ensure the guests are forewarned about the risk of swimming in that beach. Perhaps with a sign near the gate.

The property was excellent. Location was fantastic with easy access to beach.

The toilets were a big let down with 2 rooms had glass partioned toilets with a curtain for privacy. Also option for any temp to come and clean .not a deal breaker. But would make the stay smoother.
