C’erano capelli in bagno e le lenzuola erano macchiate. Lo abbiamo comunicato al personale che ci ha garantito che avrebbe provveduto a pulire ma al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato la stanza nello stesso stato.

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación dentro de Getsemani, nos quedaba todo cerca. Además la atención de Gloria fue muy cordial, amable. El departamento es super cómodo y el espacio adecuado para mi familia. Las instalaciones estan en excelente estado, todo funciona muy bien. Nos gustó todo de casa Fanny!!! Sin dudas lo recomendamos 🤗

Me encantó el lugar de alojamiento

The location was in a busy street with shops with great cocktails and music. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice quality. The staff was also pretty friendly and accommodated our late check in.

The door didn’t lock from the outside which isn’t mentioned somewhere and we found out on our own. There was no hot water and no water bottles and we couldn’t bring any food/water back to the room because there were some ants and there wasn’t a fridge as well and the kitchen was out of bounds for visitors.

Very nice location in Middle of the old town of Cartagena, good hospitality, friendly and welcoming people.. Excellent for short term stays.. Fully recommended
