The calmness of the location was very much appreciated in comparison with the bustle of Rome. Veronica was incredible- always ready to help with recommendations and was even kind enough to drive us to Monterotondo so that we could visit the town. She was everything one could hope for in a host and then some. The property gets plenty of sun and the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen had all the necessities, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend

The only problem for me was the lack of walking routes near the property. But if you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect for a bit, Sunny Hill is perfect.

As a family with 2 kids we had a great stay and we were received like kings. The owner was very kind and made everything for us to have a perfect stay. Many many thanks for having us🙏 it was perfect! The place within peaceful surroundings is the perfect spot to chill out and find your way back to nature. 10/10 for me😌

It is an ideal place for a vacation, although it is far from the city, but for those who have a car, it is really an ideal option. Very attentive staff. We followed the bus at night and got lost, I got off 5 kilometers away, the owner found us by car and took us to the hotel, the next day he drove us to the station and treated us to breakfast completely free of charge, in short, thank you, thank you and a thousand thanks
