Wow, I had a beautiful living room and balcony all to myself (at least in the evening), the host was very friendly and helpful though spoke very little English. Really nice.

The location is tricky (though cheap) to reach from Rome with public transport. The bedroom was very basic, though functional. Breakfast was very modest, but for this price usually there's no breakfast at all.

- Very nice host, very thoughtful and helpful. Always willing to help and find solutions that work best for the guest. - Quiet and calm place, full of lovely views. It is a wonderfully relaxing site to look at the green rolling hills. - The house feels a bit unfinished, but inside the property and the room were nice and cozy and clean.

- It is a bit out of the way of everything, no stores or restaurants nearby. - For the price, it is a bit too basic. - Breakfast is quite small and not very diverse, although very typical of the area.

Tjana was very welcoming and helpful. She made us an excellent dinner , breakfast and a packed lunch for the following day. The room was comfortable with a great view.

It is some way out of Sutri and a little difficult to find. We had help from a kind neighbour .
