Location was fine - close to Teplice n Metuje. It takes 3 minutes walk to grocery shops and restaurants. The room was quite spacious. But toilet and bathroom really small.

The building is still under repair. All looks like a bit of random idea about arrangement and construction of building inside. All the equipment is old how ever fully functional. Not for families - we had single beds - like in some kind of hostel.

Teplice nad Metuji area is great, beautiful mountains and nature.

I like to sleep long in the morning during holidays, that's why I've booked private apartment with bathroom and kitchen. When the owner noticed that I'm traveling alone he rented second room of my apartment to other people! So I had to share bathroom, kitchen and my sleep was disturbed by them. I acceped that but kindly asked for a discount (-15%). The owner got very angry, started to threaten me and wanted to call Police. In the end I've paid full price for reduced service. I don't recommend this place.

Comfortable hotel. And perfect for this price. Not far from the cafes, shops, train station (Teplice nad Metue is the nearest). 25 mins on foot to entrance to Teplicky Skaly. 1 hour to Adrshpachky Skaly The room looks better than on the photos and it's clean enough. The beds are comfortable. Here you can find everything for cooking. I was here in autumn and the room was warm, Janecheck turned on the heating. Janecheck is so nice person. He doesn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem. He can understand russian a bit or you can communicate by gestures. I couldn't find a hairdryer and there was only one towel for kitchen. I didn't need it and didn't ask, so if it's really important for you - just ask Janecheck before arriving, I think he can give you

The price in the App is given in €, but the payment is preferred in cash in CZK. Unfortunately they are using very unfabourable exchange rate, so the total cost was about 10% higher than it was shown on the confirmation.

Location was great in small town, really close to the railway and to Teplické skály. Owner is nice, pleasant guy.
