Arzella Apartments Xlendi, Premium 2BR, Bus Stop & Market Opposite

Excellent location. Close to bars and restaurants. Also the mini-market is under the apartments. The apartment was clean and tidy . Appliances were modern and easy to use. Lovely views from the balcony.

The elevator was out of action. It appears to have been damaged and out of order for over a month due to flooding . Our apartment was on the 4th floor. My wife and I are old age pensioners with knee & hip issues and found it to be a real painful struggle to go up 85 steps each time to reach our apartment. I feel that there was a misrepresentation of the description of this apartment on this issue. Management was bound to advise that the elevator was temporarily out of action in its advert.. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that there was an issue with the elevator. Management advised accordingly and said that lift contractor had failed his obligations to repair . Again , this is no concern to us. Our stay at Arzella as a result was little disappointing as we had planned a relaxing peaceful vacation and not dealing with mobility problems within the apartment block.

Sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Schöne Wohnung. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Host hat sich um Babybett und Hochstuhl gekümmert und schnell besorgt.

Comfortable apartment with 2 balconies and location location.. The property is 2 minutes walk to a beautiful quiet beach with local restaurants. Plenty of car parkings. The roof terrace was nice especially at night. And the landlord was nice and friendly. I would stay there agin

Water boiler broke down after few days of our stay. The landlord was responsive but not quick enough to get it fixed fast. We stayed without hot water for 4 days during our stay. Luckily the weather in Gozo was not cold during that ordeal so it wasn’t bad but inconvenient.

Really nice location, 1 minute from the Xlendi beach/swimming spot. Xlendi is lovely (great sunsets!) and has plenty of nice restaurants so it's a great spot to explore Gozo. Plus, the apartment is next to a small supermarket, and there's free parking on the street (just make sure you don't park on the yellow lines). The apartment was large and nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only less than ideal thing was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms broke down just before we arrived, and despite the efforts from the staff, the maintenance company was not available on the days we were there. We instead used the air con in the living room plus a fan. The other room's aircon was working fine.

Location good , handy supermarket close by

Noise from upstairs apartment. Only 1 set of towels for 6 days. Lack of loo paper and only 1 tea towel. Microwave did not work
