Mojo House

it was a very good stay at MoJo house, the hosts are very welcoming and carrying. They do they best to make your stay a comfortable one. Breakfast always ready, even the breakfast pocket for early departures was there. No problem in any case and situation. Very satisfied with our stay at the place.

Really good location, really friendly And helpful hosts

The house itself was very clean and a cleaning lady was at the house daily. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. The breakfast was good too. The location was central. We had a rental so it helped to go from east to west

There was an issue with the hot water on the second floor. The water was boiling hot temperature. We didn’t use the shower downstairs so we don’t know if there was the same issue. We did speak with the owners and they came adjusted it. It made a small difference but not too much. Also the shower pressure is bad.

Nice and clean house located in one of side streets of Ribeira Grande. The host was very responsive and kind. We could check in earlier, which was great since the initial check-in time is 17:00. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Absolutely delicious breakfast! Low humidity (which is an issue for a lot of Sao Miguel locations). Continente hipermarket located 5-7 minutes away by foot. The same for city center - 7-10 minutes walk to the main square. A lot of free parking slots nearby (we prefered parrarel parking ones on the east side). And the last thing - perfect price/quality rate!

- The air fan was listed in amenities but it was not present in the room (which was very hot, I must admit). Fortunately, this has been solved another day, as we got one from the host. - (Note: this one's not hosts' fault but can be imporant for light sleepers) Dog barking in the neighborhood (our room was on the different side of the building but we still could hear it). - Wi-fi sometimes was getting lost for no reason

The room was beautiful, everything was clean, the host was super helpful and friendly, I've got all I needed.

Unfortunately the neighbors have several dogs and they are barking and making a lot of noise, so I recommend ear plugs.
