instructions for the heating and water please

fantastic location, very clean and cosy, made to feel like a home away from home.

a few maintenance tips- bathroom door could do with a lock but wasn’t a major problem also, main bedroom window has a broken catch. outside light doesn’t work. overall however a very positive experience

Good location, entertainment and food outlets close to accommodation.

Although the accommodation was comfortable it needs a little cosmetic updating.

In a great location. The shower was good.

The caravan is a bit tired, broken doorknob on wardrobe, broken window catch, no net curtains so not private. Could do with a bit of a refurb

No complaints here, exactly what you would expect for the price, really good few days break.

The site was good to get to Skegness

Nobody had cleaned between lets, someone's used tampon insert on the bathroom floor put me right off

Had a good weekend break, caravan is in great location next to all amenities and beach

Nothing

Just got back from a few nights in Dan's van, lovely van, really close to amenities, excellent communication from Dan regarding stay. Will definitely look at booking again.
