Comfy,clean and tidy.

2xbroken window latches .very loud music late into night and yelling neighbours.

Great location and an added bonus was that there is a shop very close by that we could hire a mobility scooter for my mum at a very good rate so that she had extra independence and we could get further without needing the car

The only thing I would say is that we weren’t aware that we needed to provide our own bedding until our arrival- however we had a very quick response from Dan with a recommendation about a shop nearby where we could buy reasonably priced bedding

Great location close to the beach and shops. Quiet site. Dan communicates promptly. Everything you need except a tin opener. Needs a lot of TLC and a deep clean.

Unfortunately, the van was very disappointing. I understand it was a cheap weekend and that the van is old and needs some updating. However, it was dirty and uncomfortable. Some windows had no catches, and the keylock fell off as soon as I opened it. The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. The bed has 2 matresses, and the springs can be felt. The settee is disgustingly dirty, worn out, and you can feel the wood underneath. The shower looked so bad we didn't use it, and we came home early as we couldn't bear it any longer.

Great location, 5-10 min walk from the beach, lovely area, nice spacious caravan, good size fridge and freezer, all shops, cafe, pub, restaurants close walking distance, coop not to far if you drive, bus to mablethorpe and skegness if you fancy a change, lovely people, dog friendly beach

Windows in the bedroom s were not secure,easy to get in so not safe , seats in the living room stink not comfortable to sit on ,springs gone so seats dropped,mould on bedroom curtains,really run down caravan.
