Ask mentó turn off the air acontitioner when i leaving the room but u pay for full facilities, just wanna safe money on u with is not fair. If u pay some price for a room it has to be all included not ask u to turn off for the expensive electricity this is not our problem.

A hospitalidade de Ricardo é incrível. Eu e meu namorado nos sentimos muito bem-vindos no Rio de Janeiro. O host é gentil, auxilia em indicações de passeios, restaurantes, e nos ajudou até para entender como funciona o metrô. A casa é pertinho do metrô então é uma localização muito estratégica; além disso, o quarto é super limpo, confortável. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar neste lugar na próxima viagem ao Rio!

Acredito que não houve nenhum ponto negativo em nossa estadia.

Localização próxima de vários restaurantes muito bons e da estação de metrô, aterro e outros pontos turísticos de interesse. Recepção cuidadosa do Ricardo e do Luís. A gente se sente em casa. Os quartos são bem limpo e aconchegantes. Com crtza me hospedaria novamente.

O Senhores Ricardo e Luís nos receberam com toda atenção, recebemos dicas de passeios/gastronomia, a localização é excelente, limpeza e hospitalidade fora do comum, cama muito confortável... Foi a melhor experiência de hospedagem que já tive no Rio de Janeiro. Me senti em casa e agradeço demais ao anfitrião.
