Very nice. Good service and best mountain view room

Bholenath Homestay, Dalhousie is one of the most comfortable stays I have experienced in a long while. Before I start, I would first thank Suraj for hosting our family at his place. Located in a busy part of Banikhet, it would be convenient if the travellers have their own chauffeur or vehicle to commute in and around Dalhousie. However, the view from the rooms we were allotted was fantastic and would be furthermore amazing during winters. The lush green scenery right from your room is a treat for wanderlust people. As far as facilities are concerned, Bholenath Homestay offers all the basic amenities required for a stay of 2-3 days at Dalhousie. Most importantly, I was very impressed by the maintenance of the Homestay. The bedding and accommodation was really good, as well as the sanitary and bathing facilities. Speaking of fooding, our bookings included complimentary breakfast. At the same time, Bholenath Homestay also offers quality homecooked meals. We opted for the dinner meals by them, and they were delicious and healthy. Do remember to go through their food menu (offering both veg and non veg items) when you place your food order. In short, my family and I am glad to have made some really good memories at Dalhousie, all from the comfort assured by the wonderful host couple at Bholenath Homestay. I convey my best wishes to the hosts for their new venture.

Views from the balcony rooms are good. Also, couple who manages the property are friendly.

Food is average

Staff was helpful, kind and polite. After a long time me and family sat together and played carrom. The view from the room was also good.

The hotel rooms were in B2(Basement 2nd floor) and in B4(Basement 4th floor).

1. View is awesome. Visited after monsoons, the view was lush green 💚 2. Location is walkable from local Banikhet market. You can get groceries and medicines from there 3. There are pure veg options nearby 4. Rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable 5. Suraj bhai, the host and his wife both are very friendly. They helped us get our luggage to the room and treated like family. 6. The carrom board is cherry on top. You can play and enjoy the view with tea!

Kitchen and RO water was under renovation so we couldn't use it. But the host got us water from his nearby hotel.
