Perfect location, owners were nice and we had a really good breakfast for free. And also we bought dinner there and we were not even able to finish it how much we got. It was really delirious. The room was nice. I loved how they folded the towels and even decorated the bed with flowers. It is in walking distance from Sigiriya and nearby is a nice lake with view point to rock.

The mosquito net was a bit dusty.

The place is not as we expected, and it's not a safe place to stay with kids. After we saw the place, we canceled the booking and went to the different hotel **paradise INN**

Hosts were amazing! They gave us cold juice on arrival, and made a breakfast for us in the morning. He also brought us an extra fan without asking. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. Location is great, just a short walk or drive to the main street

My stay was really nice. host were kind people. They provided tasty breakfast (i really enjoyed the pancakes), also they let me to check out later when i needed. Location was good i go everywhere by food and it was possible from there. Also a lot of good food placed are near by. You have the Lions rock view from the terasse.

A fan was little bit squeaky, i had to get used to it and that took some time

Lovely family, quiet place, green, just 10 minutes walking to the main road where all the restaurants are. Nice view of Lion rock. The room is humble but it has a great balcony to chill and eat. The food they make is delicious and way cheaper than the average restaurant (and tastier). We loved the breakfast! Like I said nothing fancy, the room gets very hot in the Arvo because facing west but it has two fans (even if one is very noise). But if you are travelling on a string like us, you are going to love this place. My advice is: eat here what they just prepare for you instead of going searching for good restaurants and get disappointed.
