The location of the homestay is amazing, there is a beautiful lake nearby and you have views of the lion rock. Drive to lionrock with tuktuk is only 10-15min. The breakfast is very delicious and I even got tee and some roti when I arrived. The owner is very kind and helpful ! The room itself is very simple, but the price is amazing :) There is an amazing organic cooking class just a 15min walk from the place, it was one of the highlights of my entire trip!

The family running the place is so warm and friendly. They serve great breakfasts too. The room is simple but very clean and we had everything we needed. The view from the terrace is stunning. It's so cool to wake up and have breakfasts with a view of the Lion rock. Totally priceworthy. Highly recommend:)

"Stay with lovely family and a great view to the Sigiriya Rock"

We were welcomed very warm, espacially of their little daughter - she brings so much joy in one moment, incredibly. The rooms are simply but we had everything we needed, still don‘t have expectations. BUT the terrace is just amazing. We chilled and played cards for hours. The dinner they made for us was the best food we had in town.

Be aware, there is a second homestay with the same name.

"amazing view, quiet, big room"

has amazing view of the Lion Rock, very quiet, their daughter is just the cutest living thing ever. the room is very spacious with balcony and also big terrace. there is a beautiful lake a short walk away.

no hot water or maybe no patience to wait for it to come
