Super View Home Stay

We had a fantastic stay in super view. We planned to stay 3 nights and ended up staying there 5 night. It is a combination of the fantastic staff, great view, comfortable room and best breakfast we had so far (wauw!). 100% recommending this place!

Great place, just out of town,ealkable or plenty of tuktuks avail. just a note,its up a few flights of stairs so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. Beautiful views, wonderful breakfast. Lovely host family.

It really does have a Super View. The host was also very attentive and made a great breakfast

Location brilliant. Lovely family who shared their daughter’s birthday with us. Facilities great, excellent breakfast. Easy access to Ella and to Ella’s Rock

Stunning view with waterfall in the distance. This place is on the edge of the forest/jungle. Lots of stairs to get up. Breakfast was good. The garden is beautiful and well maintained.

The driveway is super narrow on the way to this place and our driver didn't drive up there.

This really was a super view!! We ended up waking up for the sunrise and it was SO worth it. One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was incredible. The owner was amazing and helped out whenever we needed it (tuktuk drives and laundry service).

I suppose you have to compromise the view for the central location. It was about a 15 minute (uphill) walk to the centre of Ella along a busy road but it felt safe.

The view!! It's amazing, just breathtaking to sit at the front and look at it while having a delicious breakfast. The family were so nice and helpful. They organised a tea plantation tour and transport into town and to next location. The cottage room has a kitchen too so good for longer stays. Oh.... And that view!!!!

It was not as clean as expected, think a deep clean is in order, plus could do with new towels.

Best accommodation and view you could ask for in Ella, hosted by the most genuine, gracious, and wonderful family. Waking up to the sunrise and seeing the sunset from Super View was easily my favorite part of my time in Ella. It’s only a short/cheap Tuktuk ride (plenty in town to grab to Super View, and the host, Renuka can easily grab one for you into town) or a 10 minute walk into town which is great. I loved that it was so close to the center but just removed enough to escape the chaos. Renuka helped me plan and organize everything that I wanted to do, and also offered tours at a very cheap/reasonable price. I really highly recommend booking your tours with the host and family, especially to the diyaluma fall if you have the time! As all reviews have mentioned, breakfast is outstanding and eating it in front of the view easily made it 100x better. All in all, I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with Renuka and family, and would love to come back; I would recommend superview to anyone and everyone looking to visit Ella.
