Owner and staff were very cordial and polite. Food served was freash and authentic. Plenty of choice.

Foe senior citizens climbing stairs is a bit difficult.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a refreshing and uplifting atmosphere—not your typical hotel experience. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations—we truly indulged and enjoyed every bite! Thank you for a wonderful stay

We loved everything about our stay—the ambiance, cleanliness, and overall experience were truly delightful. One suggestion: installing lifts would greatly benefit older guests and enhance accessibility throughout the hotel.

Comfortable and large room, friendly staff, good facilities. A bit of a walk from the centre of town/train station but not a problem for us - this means the area is quiet. 100-150 rupis for an auto from the station. We enjoyed our stay in Lonavala!

Credit card machine didn't work with foreign cards when paying for food tab, although pre-paying for accomodation worked fine

Personalet var flinke pg hjælpsomme. Stort og rent værelse, der blev gjort rent hver dag. God roomservice og god mad. De hjalp os med at booke en taxi til lufthavnen.
