Large breakfast, every day made new suprise to taste. Big clean room. Owner very friendly and helpfull. Location is bit further from center but therefore quiet. With a tuktuk LKR 700 to center. From location is nice way to walk to nine arch bridge and little Adams peak. Owner arranged laundry and taxi for fare price

The pressure of the shower is low, but we have this at many places in Sri Lanka. Water is warm 😁

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! From the moment we arrived, the host’s warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight for both of us—delicious and clearly made with care. It was such a nice way to start the day together.

The only thing we noticed was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

We slept in 7 different houses in Sri Lanka and this was our best one. We felt like family guests not customers. The owners were very friendly, rooms clean, balcony great to rest, breakfast and dinner bigger and more varied than anywhere else.

One of my best stays in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect as it is a bit outside of the busy main town. You can enjoy the slow mornings with nice views of the mountains. Jagath and his family were wonderful. Helpful all the time and they even prepared me a delicious curry for dinner. I felt like home with them. Rooms are spacious and clean with hot water.

The family was so lovely and welcoming, very attentive to our needs. Organised an excellent tuk tuk driver. Mums cooking was divine & sitting on the balcony having meals was so peaceful. Excellent views but tuk tuk required to get in to town, not walking distance.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sadula homestay. We read many reviews of other accomodations in Ella and we were happy with our choice at the end, since we spent two comfortable days with no issues. Room was clean and the hosts were very amicable. They were able to help with laundry service and the contact of a tuktuk driver, which was very convenient. The location is about 10 min tuktuk ride from the station. After visiting the tea factory at the end of the afternoon, it was possible for us to walk back to the accomodation. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and delicious.

The room was a bit small (we got the double room), but the outside sitting area was nice, so it wasn't a big problem for us. A few simple amenities more would be useful, like a mat outside the bathroom. WiFi didn't work well on the second day.

The owners were super nice. They took good care of me and they helped me when needed. The food was also delicious. The view from the room is just breathtaking. Would really recommend staying here!

My friends and I very much enjoyed our one night stay in Sadula Home Villa Ella. The host was nice and friendly, attentive to our needs. He welcomed us with coffee and local biscuits and fruits. The room was super clean and fully equipped. We will never forget the taste of the most delicious breakfast we had in Sri Lanka served in the company of the outstanding views. Would love to come back one day!
