De kamer had alles wat je nodig hebt en was zeer ruimtelijk. Verder had het ook nog een prachtig uitzicht dus dat was top! Het ontbijt was prima en de mensen waren zeer aardig.

Het is nog een kwartiertje lopen naar Ella.

Room maintenance needs to be improved a bit

The family was so nice and the view were amazing. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The blanket was great and the AC was amazing.

The only problem when we came back at night they weren’t water at all not in the toilet and not in the sink when we talked with the nice lady in the morning she told us that the water ran out and if we would let her know she would fix that.

I had an amazing time here, the view is really amazing! The guesthouse is outside of the center of Ella but easily accessible walking or with tuk-tuk. I spend some quality time with the family running it learning about their history, it was very nice. With their reserved nature, they made sure I had everything I need. I had the wooden room on the top floor and loved it! Really different than most rooms here in Sri Lanka. The balcony with the amazing view on the waterfall was truly amazing. I spend quite some time there watching the view or the rain fall. The breakfast was really good and different every day.

Very beautiful surrounding. The property overlooks a pretty waterfall. The owner of the property and hos family are really nice. The star of the property is the caretaker Tushara who is a multi-Tasker ftom bring a cleaner to tuktuk driver. He also cooks great breakfast.

The guesthouse is on the outskirts of the city, there is a great view from the room window and the balcony, you can see the Ella waterfall and Ella Rock. Kirhaty the host was kind and helpful with every request. The room is large, spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. In summary, why come here - the people, the atmosphere, the views and the price.

The guesthouse is on the outskirts of the city, although there is a 15-minute walk to the city, the road is quite steep and in addition the walk is on a busy road, not the safest at night, so almost every time you leave the guesthouse, even if it is to buy groceries at the supermarket, you will have to take a tuk-tuk (the cost is quite cheap for a round trip). In addition, because of the location which is very close to nature, although the room is clean and tidy, insects have often entered the room from the nature outside, this should be taken into account when booking a room here. The internet was slow and disconnected every now and then - the owner of the place always made sure to turn it back on as soon as he learned of the problem.
