Maison Casero Home Stay

While many places which call themselves "homestay" are often really guesthouses with quite a lot of rooms is Maison Casero really a place which offers just two of the rooms in their house for guests. The room is big,airy with several windows, comfortable bed, good WiFi, warm water and a good shower. Everything is very clean and well kept and the location is superb in a lovely neighborhood, very central but very quiet at night. The hosts are the most friendly and helpful people who make sure that you will enjoy your stay, they offer a nice local breakfast every morning and are really interested to share some time and give you any advice possible.

I cannot recommend this guesthouse more. The room is clean, spacious and perfect for a family. It has hot water for showering. It is in a perfect location, a short walk to all the attractions. But what makes this place exceptional is the hosts. They welcome you as part of the family and couldn't do enough to help during our stay. The breakfast was lovely.

Priya is lovely and looked after us so well. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. She gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to see. Easy walking distance to all the main sights of Kochi. We felt at home. Quiet location. We'll be back!

Incredible welcome from the owners, it really felt like being at home in India. Perfect location for enjoying old Fort Kochi and its surroundings. The house and rooms are very pretty, you can take breakfast on the balcony. And also best value for money I had for the whole trip !

Located in the quiet neighborhood of Fort Kochi, Maison Casero is a lovely homestay that definitely feels like home. Priya the owner is really nice and inviting. It's her home and she does her best to make it feel like your home. She has tips and recommendations regarding Kochi, and it was a pleasure having conversations with her. The room was clean, well-kept and spacious, and the bed comfortable. Mosquito nets are installed on all the windows, which is excellent. The homestay is also close to many restaurants, stores and places of interest.

Best homestay for a visit in Kochi. Location is very central and everything is reachable by foot (even Synagogue area was just 30min walking). The family is really hospitable and rooms are spacious, equipped with a fan and hot water.
