"best place to stay"

Great guesthouse in a good location. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The staff is VERY helpful, they can basically arrange anything you need. They helped me organize the rest of my trip in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended. I’ll be back on the night before my flight for sure!!

Alexis is echt een geweldige gastheer! Via hem hebben wij een tuk tuk geregeld en rijden we Sri Lanka rond! Daarnaast zijn de ontbijtjes heerlijk en de kamers zeer comfortabel

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Alexis is super friendly and will give advice on local activities or places.

I took the 2.5 hour sunset "boat safari". I knew I was paying a premium for the convenience of booking it through the guest house but I didn't realize it was 25% more than what you could get from a travel agent in town. The tour ended 45 minutes early for no apparent reason and no explanation afterwards.

We stayed at Alexis’s Guest House twice, it was the start and the end of our Sri Lanka trip. The whole family is very friendly, hospitable and helpful with everything. We had the transportation from and to the airport and rented a TukTuk here as well, which was amazing and we had zero issues. Definitely recommend!
