The room is as shown in the pictures. The cleaning is good. The owner was really helpful and flexible. I can recommend it!

Very good location near Negombo main sea road with shops, hotels,restaurants,churches,temples. Close to Negombo beach, Fish Market,Fruit and Vegetable Markets. Easy and fast trip to railway station or Colombo airport by tuk tuk. Excellent for few overnights after or before arrival/departure to/from Sri Lanka. Alexis's Guesthouse is very relaxing,modern,clean ,with separate,private access for guests. Rooms and private toilets are very nice. Big refrigerator,electric kettle,table in common area can be used in case of self cattering. Very nice and helpful hosts. Good price !!!

That there’s a cementery next to it, but it was fine really

We stayed here after a late flight into Colombo and accommodation is a short drive away. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with hot water in the showers. It is located close to the water and a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and kind. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay.

There were no mosquito nets and due to wet floors in the bathroom there were quite a few bugs and mosquitos in the room.

What I liked the most is the attention of the family to facilitate a good stay. I had a tuktuk ready at 4 in the morning to take me to the airport. It is in the middle between the city and the best beaches that you can walk to. The room is very large with a ceiling fan and very clean. For one night it is a good place because it is close to the airport.

There was no hot water. Surprised me that it is in front of the cemetery, something that during the trip the homestays were surrounded by nature but the "ghosts" didn't come to the room.
