Hospitality & TV with 5.1 audio system and alexa unit.

No geyser. No hot water. Solar heater is very limited. Who ever wakeup early can avail hot water. In place of the expensive TV and audio system, they could have installed a water heater.

the caretaker was very polite and supportive.

the room was damp and breathing was difficult, and loud music were played till 2 am and then again from 6 am. the caretalker cancelled two days of booking (my booking was for four days) yet charged me the full tax and booking.com commission for four days! mere apologies are not enough...

It was very quiet, with beautiful views of the trees.

It was a little far from the main beaches, but very easy to get an uber so not really a big deal.
