Location is closer to the sea and you can see a lake in 200 meters through the window

Room size barely equals the size of a large bathroom. The cost is 1680 rupees and for that you get an unclean coffin. AC is not working properly(the temperature controller is not working, it will turn on but will continue at 28°), the cot keeps on making noise, no fan regulator to control the speed of the fan. Only the easily visible part of the room and wash room is clean.

Made very welcome by Wilson and his son Jeffyn who gave us a cool drink and showed us to our room. Wilson always called round if we were sat out to say hello and bring some fruit that grows in his garden. Jeffyn was very helpful and went over and beyond to help in the copying of planes tickets.

Stated we had a balcony but it wasn't really just an area outside our door that other guests often sat on to use their phone or on one occasion to hang wet clothing from the back of the chair. They had a party room which was not shown when we booked ( maybe it was unavailable when we went on the site) it was used by various groups over the entire weekend who were quite noisy and due to the walkways being iron construction was not the peaceful stay we were expecting. Maybe we should have investigated more before booking !!!

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host is super nice and even organized a transportation for me to the airport at 5.30 am. Otherwise he would have done it himself.

Don't believe the facilities mentioned by them in booking.com as nothing is true. There's nothing there. You don't get even basic things like soap or water for drinking. Bad environment totally filled with dust and nearby lake is sooo dirty. It's like dormitory for bachelors. Please believe the pics and go. It's edited one in the booking.com.
