It was wonderful sleeping in an art gallery surrounded by amazing paintings and fascinating stories! The host was very welcoming: we talked a lot, and he shared many great stories with us. He also kindly let us use the kitchen to cook :) Oh, and the Viking Shower is an absolute must!

Location

Ragnar was passionate and a great story teller. You can tell how proud he is of his uncle and the amazing paintings he’s done. The bed was super comfortable and the outdoor shower, using the same water as the blue lagoon, was a fun and unique experience. There is an indoor shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, which Ragnar is happy for guests to use. The room has a fridge and a sink with enough household items to get you by.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui la prima e l'ultima notte della nostra vacanza in Islanda perché particolarmente vicino all'aeroporto ed é stata un'esperienza fantastica. La stanza é super accessoriata e confortevole, molto originale in quanto trattasi di una vera e propria galleria d'arte. Veramente prezioso per immergersi nella realtà locale é stato il rapporto con il proprietario. Grazie di cuore per la splendida ospitalità.

Skvělá lokalita cca 10 minut autem od letiště. Obrovský prostor pro spaní. Základní nádobí, konvice, mikrovlnka. Pěkně okolí. Pohodový majitel.

Trochu nepohodlné je WC mimo spací prostor.
