Riad Fes Touria Palace

Omar was really kind and helpful explaining us a lot of things about Fez, things to watch out for and offering non-pressured assistance on tours if needed. He was also able to help immediately when we needed him. The breakfast was good and more than enough. We were allowed to leave our bags after check-out.

The room itself seemed renovated but the bathroom wasn't at all. The shower head holder was broken. It smelled moldy and humid and didn't look nor feel very clean. The room wasn't checked/cleaned during our visit. The curtains are very light, I would advise a sleeping mask if you want a longer rest. The bed was very soft which caused a bit of back pain for both of us.

Abbiamo cenato nel riad, cibo ottimo con ingredienti freschi (ti chiede in anticipo cosa prendi per andare a comprare al mercato). Terrazza carina. C’è un posteggio a pochi mad a 5 min a piedi dal riad. Super consigliato.

We really loved our time at Riad Fes Touria Palace. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, always willing to help and give recommendations.

We had a very positive experience overall. The riad is beautifully designed, very authentic, and has a charming traditional Moroccan atmosphere. You really feel the local style and culture throughout the whole place. The location is also excellent — directly inside the Medina, which makes exploring everything very easy and convenient. The breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace where you can relax in the evening, as well as a quiet inner courtyard downstairs where you can peacefully spend time during the day. Another big advantage is the parking situation. The parking area is only about a five-minute walk from the riad, which is very convenient considering the Medina location. A special thank you to Omar, who was always very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. His communication and service really made the experience smoother and more enjoyable.

The only downside for us was the room size. For four grown adults, the room felt extremely small and there was barely enough space for luggage or to move around comfortably. For one or two people it would probably be completely fine, but for four adults it felt a bit too crowded. That being said, if you are expecting a large luxury room, this is probably not the right place for you. However, if you are looking for an affordable, authentic, and well-located place to stay in the Medina, I can definitely recommend it.

Чисто, уютно, бронировали бюджетный маленький номер с двумя кроватями, развернуться сложно, шкафчика нет, общая душевая и туалет. Хорошо, что было мало проживающих, поэтому было тихо, вода в душевой сливается плохо. Желательно иметь свои тапочки и мыльные принадлежности. Отлично, что имелись халаты. Для непритязательных туристов. Завтрак традиционный арабский, красивый вид с крыши. Соотношение цена-качество

Very lovely traditional Riad in the heart of the medina, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the host Omar did absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. Amazing value for money, would totally come back anytime!!

La chambre un peu étroite, pas trop d'espace pour circuler et poser ses affaires mais vu le tarif et tout le positif par ailleurs on s'en contente..
