We booked 1 night here and ended up staying for 5 - would have been longer if they had the availability! Lovely light, clean rooms, balcony had views onto the main street and the sea ahead. Abundance of restaurants nearby, about 10 minute walk to Mushroom Bay, 15 minutes to Dream Beach. Soaps / shampoo provided, kettle with teas and coffees. Unbelievable value for money! You can't go wrong!

Walking distance from mushroom bay. Very friendly owners. Arranged a motorbike for me for a very low price. Rooms are very decent and spatious. Many places to eat walking distance. Would love to come back here!

Value for money, ac working good, strategic location from mushroom bay. Electric kettle, tea and coffee provide.

I have trust issue about the cleanliness here. A bit noisy cause the location near the main road. The hot shower not working. No water bottle in the room. Do not expect too much from cheap accomodation.

After staying at a few places on Lembongan, this is definitely the best value for money. Homely atmosphere with a very welcoming and accommodating family. Pretty big rooms with a nice view, quiet at night, rooms cleaned daily and decent wifi. There is no kitchen, but there is a kettle and cups in the room. Property and rooms have been maintained well. The location is ideal because it's a quick walk to Mushroom Beach, but also close to the good cheap restaurants near Dream Beach. Ideal for short or long stays.

There was no hot water for the first few days, but this was eventually fixed (common problem on the island). Sometimes there are power outages on the island and there is no generator on the property. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, though this didn't bother me personally. Just a suggestion - should offer water refills (can charge extra) for guests so we don't have to use plastic bottles.

Very clean room , very friendly owners. The area had some electricity problems those days but the owner was very sweet and helpful about it.

Superfriendly people, helping with everything you need and being concerned about you! Very clean, cleans it everyday and very close to the beach and restaurants.
