Location was good. Easy access with a driver to Ella center. ac in bedrooms work well (2 bedroom apartment was rented). Some other places have non working ac. This place’s ac were working very efficiently. Lot’s of space also inside this unit. The owners are extremely caring, friendly and a genuine humble family. They tend to requests immediately. Children saw monkeys in balcony and enjoyed experience. :))

Apertures have ventilation points which do not block insect ingress as they lack netting. Owner liked suggestion and said he will install. This is important for families with little children. Apertures also pretty old and not double glazed. May impact insulation and sound proofness Decor and ambience is not modern (but perhaps for some this is a positive thing too). Yet for some could be deemed shabby. All depends on expectations and what customers are used to. No card payment facility. This makes payment complicated.

Friendly service and space.

Large and spacy place. Two showers, hot water.

Bad smell, not very clean, weak shower stream.

Clean and neat and good energy … host was warm and welcoming

There was a dog in the premise and would move around the house and kitchen

The room was lovely and really great value for money. The host was a lovely lady and they had a gorgeous dog, too. She made us breakfast in the morning which was unexpected and extremely kind :)

One small issue and it isn't the fault of the hotel it was just slightly out of the action of the main town of Ella for our liking. But apart from that we couldn't fault it
