comfortable mattress, great style of the room, great place

the staff didn't know there was breakfast, the room was dirty, no towel, no bottled water, no liquid in the shower, no change was given after paying for the stay

Staff was very courteous in responding to our requests, like preferring to have some dinner instead of breakfast; and promptly attending to an electricity failure in the middle of the night. The meal was very good.

TV had no content to watch. Pictures were too grainy to watch. Bathroom should have railings to hang towels, etc.

calm and quiet location, easy to find

some facilities were not up to expectations, HOT water didn't work, the bathroom light was not working properly, TV was also not working

The room was so clean and spacious. The bathroom was neat, and they provided towels and toiletries. The garden area was very beautiful and photogenic. The breakfast was good.

You have to walk like 700m uphill from the main road to reach the room. The TV was not working perfectly. They didn't provide a night lamp.

Good choice for quality stay. Cosy rooms with A/C. Beautiful garden around your private house. Great location near Royal Botanical Garden. Will recommend for family and couples.
