"Festive holiday in Kampar"

Can accommodate whole family in one apartment during festive season. We asked for ground floor as we have elderly family member. Meadow Park team was able to accommodate our request. Their support is very much appreciated.

Everything was nice.. the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained.. overall we have a good stay.

Have water leaking at the kitchen area. Water heater at room B4, sometimes ok hot, sometimes not. Otherwise everything perfect..

"Very BAD stay. Not recommended at all"

Location is fine. Upon complaining, the agent sent cleaners who only mopped the floor and sprayed air freshener yet the units were still full dust & musty smell.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Cleanliness of the whole 2 units (23-1 & 23A-1) were terribly out. Extremely dusty and there were cockroaches and it's egg even on the bed. Mattresses were dusty. The entire units smelled dusty and musty. OVERALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Will 101% NEVER return to this place. None could sleep well due to the dust and smell. TV cables were everywhere. Not a save environment for kids. Agent or Owner is highly recommended to stay at least 1 night in the same units mentioned above to understand how the guests would have felt. There's no point in compensating another night stay to make up the mess. Even if i were given 5 nights, i would refuse it. I'm writing my concern here so that the owner, agents & caretakers will be more considerate before selling the units for future stay. Please be more considerate with the cleanliness for the amount you charge.
