The property look different from what is describe in booking. No TV. No kettle. Not cleaning properly before guest comes in. There is alcohol in the fridge. No iron. Home conditions like a dormitory, incomplete equipment. Very dissappointed with this property.

Poor communication from the host — check-in instructions were only sent at 2:30 PM on the day of arrival, which was just 30 minutes before the official check-in time. This gave me no time to prepare in advance or understand how to access the property. The instructions were sent via phone message, and being long-sighted, it was difficult to read the small text, making the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating. The bedroom was not properly cleaned, and the toilet was wet, which made the accommodation feel poorly maintained.
