very good location

It's clean and cozy (warm light). There's a kitchen with a water dispenser. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There's a tv. A washing machine is available and free of charge.

The room and bathroom are small. After showering the bathroom floor is wet but it dried relatively fast. The soundproofing isn't good, but there were signs to close doors silently. You just hear the neighbours very clearly. Location is out of the centre. There were some restaurants within walking distance and you can take grabs to the centre (around 1,5-2,5€).

Benny was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Great property, clean and modern facilities. The host was very accommodating and quick with responding to any queries we had. We were soaked in the rain and he let us use the washing machine which was much appreciated. There’s a shared kitchen which came in useful too! Will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work.

Can’t think of any negatives.

The surrounding environment is very relaxing. The owner is very friendly and the room is comfortable and clean. We will come back in the future. It is highly recommended.
