I wish to get a studio room with reasonable price

bathroom is not clean

room with view

shared room is okay, but other housemate was smoking in living room

comfortable, clean room with a very beautiful view

The actual room itself was ok.

Nowhere on booking this does it clearly state it’s a bedroom inside someone’s else’s flat. It wasn’t made clear at all. Otherwise I would never of booked it. When we arrived, there was a whole family in the living area, with a baby. We went into our room and it absolutely stank of smoke, like there was no air in there. And then we had big white stains on our bed sheet. I messaged the booking agent, Sky Hive straight away to tell them we weren’t happy and that we were going to leave, and they sent me a load of images they had clearly edited about it being shared because i have pictures clearly stating nothing about it. i then asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy and it was a dirty bed and stank. And they are now ignoring me. Even though I’ve sent them screenshots. Never complain about properties normally, but this was bad. More so on Sky Hives behalf.
