Host riservato e disponibile ,la posizione ottima,silenziosissima nonostante la posizione centrale della casa.

Bagno cieco fuori la stanza e praticamente davanti alla porta d entrata del padrone di casa(anche se ha mantenuto sempre la riservatezza )

Dario (the host) was very kind and helpful. The room is located in a quiet street of Palermo which is pretty close to any must see attraction. You will get a voucher and you can have a decent breakfast at the Bar Gelateria Lucchese. Not just sweet stuff!

The room is on the edge of tolerance. I think it’s safe to say that it’s not even fair to compare it to any other hotel room. Because it’s not. There are only very few real hotels in Italy. In this country a common thing to rent out one of your rooms in your own flat. I’ve experienced that before in Naples. But… That was new and shocking to me that the host is on the other side of the door. I mean in the same flat. You don’t have much of a privacy. You are not getting in the mood to do anything else than sleep in your room knowing that someone can hear everything. The bed should be replaced immediately. It should be awarded as the squeakiest bed of all time. You can’t sleep on it. (Unless you are deaf.) There is a TV in the room for absolutely no reason. That’s because of the viewing angle. Laughable. Update After reading your response I need to reflect to it. First of all: I have a timeframe to write my reviews on Booking. This is not my life’s priority to do that on the first day but eventually I will, as I always do. Trust me I have a huge experience since I am a Genius 3 member. The time passing doesn’t change the facts, so you don’t need to jump to any conclusion by that and telling me what is the “right time” to leave the review. You know I was totally certain about the fact if I was gonna say something “bad” then you would react like this. Because that’s what you are doing everytime to every reviewer. If somebody gives you a low score, then you are harassing the reviewer just because (s)he gave you a rating that you don’t like. All in all, I can say is that you are being really rude to your guests just because they are leaving an unfavorable review for you. Telling them to have a doctor and being rude and personal every time is unacceptable. You should learn from those reviews and improve. Or look for other ways to make money because this is not the way to go.

Good location and quite.

Quiet and peaceful. Dario and Sonia very helpful. Everywhere close. The only things missing were glasses, pilates and cutlery 😉
