The perfect getaway for two in a large suite

The location, and the quietness.

We didn't get a change of towels.

This stay was part of our travelling around NZ North Island hence the just one night. The host and property were exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and prepared, items for breakfast more than sufficient and excellent. The location was wonderful inasmuch that it was quiet and peaceful. Our usual yardstick when we review a property is wrapped up in one question - "Would we stay there again?" . Without doubt should we ever find ourselves in the area again however there are 12000 miles between this property and home.

Location is amazing

Margarine in fridge was moldy, milk was frozen.

We liked the comfortable bed and the big shower

Excellent location with direct access to Lake Virginia. Clean, comfort and quiet.

excellent bathroom, big shower & double vanity. good size room with a large bed, but only one duvet, no extra blanket or throw. Location is great, quiet, secluded and secure. and direct access to adjoining park . Convenient breakfast supplies.

Bedding OK but the duvet supplied was very warm. it would would be good to have a lighter option. Fridge a little small for a four day stay. The double vanity could do with a removable draining rack to cover one sink for doing washing up of plates and glasses etc.

The breakfast was a huge letdown. The cereal supplied was stale, and the bread supplied for toast had a large quantity of mold growing on it. Clearly not fresh that day.

Was a perfect location for my days in Whanganui. Can not fault the accommodation or the lovely host. Thank you
