No facilities in the room, couldn't get any hot water for our coffee before 08:00. No hot water for washing hands or shower. No empting of rubbish bin or cleaning.

Pis n avons jamais vu un établissement aussi sale Pas d eau chaude pas de couverture un drap taille lit simple pour deux taché. Pas de savon ni de tapis de douche. Petit dej pas bon et café dégoûtant Pas de meubla dans la chambre sauf le lit et une petite armoire en bambou qui n avait jamais été dépoussiéré

The staff were so nice and it wasn’t far from the harbour

Prayers were blasted through speakers which woke us up every night at 4am and continued through the day. They lasted a while each time. Could also hear everyone else around you. Really great staff but if your wanting to sleep I wouldn’t recommend

Le camere sono piccole, la porta del bagno non si chiude a chiave. Siamo arrivati che stava diluviando e non abbiamo assolutamente potuto usufruire del bagno poiché COMPLETAMENTE ALL’APERTO, e come se non bastasse NON ESISTE l’acqua calda. Nonostante avessi prenotato con Booking utilizzando la carta di credito, al check in richiedono obbligatoriamente il pagamento in contanti Booking dovrebbe segnalare nella descrizione che non esiste L’acqua calda (cosa sconvolgente nel 2025) e che bisogna pagare in contanti

Lovely place in the center of Gili Trawangan, next to the port and best restaurants. The staff organized for us a private boat tour and had the best snorkeling experience!!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, dass alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück schmeckt gut. Die Zimmer haben alles was man benötigt.

Es war teilweise sehr laut und das Klo war nicht sehr sauber.

I really enjoyed my stay! Great location, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, a super cute cat, and a pool accessible day and night. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I felt comfortable right away. The staff also does their best to make sure guests have everything they need. Highly recommended!

Located in the center of the island, very good staff, good pool.

Rooms have a smell sometimes, sheets was holed, we saw cockroach in bathroom, breakfast is included but don’t be hungry in the morning.
