Nice and convenient place—close to everything! It only takes about 15–20 minutes from the Formia-Gaeta station by bus. The breakfast spot, Bar Santos (in convention), serves delicious croissants and a really good cappuccino. Thanks to my Genius Level 3 on Booking.com, I got this room at a cheaper price. Great value for a comfortable stay!

What I didn’t like? Just a few small things that could easily make this place even better. A nice flat screen TV with internet access (like Netflix) would be a great touch. The bathtub needs a little repair—it’s a bit broken but nothing major. And with new towels and linen, this place could truly feel luxurious. Other than that, everything else was great!

Clean and great location

Check in time shown on Booking.com was not adhered to and on top of that the new check in time was given as 1300 but I was told to wait for a text saying the apartment was ready, I waited until 1340 and still had not heard anything so I sent a text and was told it was ready. I was not happy with late check in and unclear communication.

In general we found dirty room and bath, disgusting the way they look after the property! There was no Toothpaste, no toothbrush, no shampoo and no shower-gel! No privacy in the bathroom as there is a window with no curtain Smelly blankets and towels We booked the room with breakfast included in the price, the day after the booking, we contact the guy and asking for it, he did reply the message with unpolite way saying the bar next door was closed and the price was already good with no breakfast! Speechless AVOID

heating was out of order, so it was quite cold inside. As it was windy night, the balcony doors are not tight enough and all trough the night should listen whistling sound,

A Pizza we eat near the apartment

It was dirty, there was hair and dirt on the hot tub, the room is too humid and there's no privacy in the bathroom, whoever is on the balcony can see you through the big courtin-less window. I didn't even see the owner, they left the keys, and told me to go have breakfast on a local coffee shop (with really poor products and attention) two blocks away, having a coffee shop right under the stairway. The cheery on top of the pie was it's unfunctional flat tv, with just a couple channels working making it the stay ma awful one.
