Dalinda's Homestay

The location is very quiet and the rooms have an outdoor kitchen with nice seating. The court was also very nice and green. The owners are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even brought us some local fruits and really tried to fix all we needed.

Unfortunately not everything could be fixed. Before we arrived I asked if there is a good wifi in the room as we are working on our travels. They confirmed but there was no wifi and not even signal inside of the room so our data did not work as well there. They put a new router directly to our terrace but it didn't help. So I worked outside on the terrace in the evening and was eaten by the mosquitos. They really did all they could to avoid them (citronella, fan etc) but it still did not help 100%. The bathroom was not very clean. There were used tooth brushes, hair and some empty shampoo packages. And when I removed very strong smelling scent from the bathroom it also didn't smell very clean. The room was very very dark.

It was like I am staying in my home. Linda and Danny were very king heart host, they looked after m e in a great way. Danny picked me up from airport at 5 am, it was great. Linda was more interested in learning cooking from me Indian food, that was great feeling

Great Homestay close to the airport. The rooms are massive, very clean with everything you need for your stay. The room is also quiet but close to a few restaurants. The best thing about this Homestay are the hosts Linda and David ! They are so welcoming and friendly. They also have a private tricycle for 100 peso to the airport. Would highly recommend !

Linda and Danny are wonderful, laid back hosts. You are in their home and you feel very comfortable. Their two rooms are separated from the family by a plant filled patio. Great A/C, hot water, refrigerator, hot plate and outside table for your convenience. Comfy beds and cable tv too. Danny has a private tricycle and will pick you up at the airport for P100, to cover petrol. Take you right to the house! Linda can make reservations for a van to El Nido, Port Barton etc. She can also hook you up for a scooter and a local lady, Rose, does laundry very professionally and inexpensive. It's a very comfortable place to stay.

We loved our stay at Danny and Linda’s Homestay. They were so welcoming and accommodating. They were available to take us to different locations and we could not complain about a thing!

Location slightly out of the way but other than that perfect!

It was very clean and tidy and the owners were polite, friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure that we were comfortable in our room. We found a sungka board game on the wall but it had no shells. We asked tita Linda if they had some and she said they had lost them so we went back to our room and then after a few minutes she came and brought us some pebbles, which she had cleaned, for us to play sungka with. She was really nice and her husband tito Danny drove us to the airport in their tricycle at 6am. we recommend this place for everyone, best home stay in Palawan!
