Great location, very clean home, excellent value for money. The free on site is a big bonus if arriving by car.

The property has noise monitors and a couple of cameras which makes the atmosphere a little less relaxing. There are a lot of rules but they are easy to follow.

In the beginning, the Chinese owner was quite rush on everything and we did not feel a comfort of having a vacation. However, she tried hard to prepare us to check in the room in the morning (thought we did not expect to). In the night, she brought us to try one typical Japanese bath. It was fun. The place is quiet and quite Japanese style, climing up all the way to the top for a rest, and going down to the ground floor for a shower. Make sure the luggage won't damage the stairways. Otherwise, everything is lovely for a short stay at Nagoya. The owner is willing to help a visitor and gives a direction. To remain clean is the top mission at this place. If I go back to Nagoya again, I will choose to stay at the same place.

Friendly host with lots of nice recommendations on things to do/see in the surroundings such as an excellent spa. 10 min walking distance from train/metro station gives a good start for exploring. Very close to a public onsen.

Everything was so well-maintained! The hosts clearly take care of the property really well, and it shows in the ambiance. I also like how accommodating and helpful our host was. She gave us some recommendations to where we could sightsee to still catch the cherry blossoms. She also messages us regularly to make sure we are comfortable in our stay. The storage area for our luggage was also a lot more spacious than I thought! I thought I would have a difficult time space-wise with packing/unpacking but the additional space made everything better.

Accessibility of the toilet and bath facilities are farther than I thought. I am staying on the third floor and the toilets were located on the 1st and 2nd floor, while the lone bath/shower area was on the first floor. The bed looked fluffy and soft but I definitely felt the bed frame when I lied down. The shared fridge was quite smelly too, but I didn't have a choice since I had to store some food there.

Chiyoda-san was very accommodating. The place was clean and complete with all the items we needed. She was also responsive to our requests. Location was convenient with a nearby bus stop and subway station. If you get hungry Chiyoda san directs you to recommended food stops in the area.

The other guests who were with us were a little noisy and was untidy with the things they use. Good thing Chiyoda san cleaned the area daily.

Quiet residence and it feels like your second home

It was nice staying in a home with a private room for me and my sister. Everything was very clean, and the host was welcoming and nice!
