Staff not approachable . No blankets n towel for other 2 members.. message not read till now . Rm100 not refunded yet

The place was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Checking in and checking out was easy to do.

The iron was fused and it burned my hand, it was not labelled or given any indication. TV audio stopped suddenly, could not make it work.
