Great location, with a local breakfast place 50m down the road, 7-11 very close and KB mall a very short walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious and the shower has good pressure and hot water. There's free water (hot and room temp) and free coffee and tea. The owner is friendly and exceptionally responsive to any requests, plus will happily take you on a big bike ride around the area, allowing you to have a really good look around the countryside north of KB
While there's no onsite staff most of the time, the owner is always available on whatsapp

The place was very spacious, had free water, laundry and coffee. The room was spacious as well, and everything was clean. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations to eat, and even went a step beyond that and picked up local food for us to try. He also went to a cafe with us for breakfast and we had a great chat. On our last day, he even went out of his way to go and get food for us before our 8am departure. That was an amazing surprise!
